Eligibility criteria for the Master of Science in Mathematics program

Admission Criteria

Academic Qualification
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field from an institution of acceptable standing according to the criteria defined by the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at KFUPM.

Minimum GPA Requirement
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 is required from the undergraduate degree.

English Proficiency
Applicants should meet the standards of performance in English proficiency requirements set by the Deanship of Graduate Studies (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL).

Deficiency Courses
An applicant with academic deficiency may be admitted, with the understanding that the course work taken to remove the deficiency will not be credited towards the degree.
