M.Sc. in Mathematics will be awarded to students who are either unable to pass the comprehensive exam or choose to discontinue their studies at KFUPM, provided they meet the following requirements:

-         Completion of 30 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.

-         Successfully defending an MS thesis (MATH 610).

-         The student does NOT have an MS degree from KFUPM (in Mathematics).
